And as our Demand Generalist Manager you will play a vital role in shaping our story and driving our success.
In this role, you will take ownership of:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Develop and execute ABM strategies with sales to exceed pipeline goals leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics.
Channels: Optimise existing channels and test new channels to drive fast new customer growth.
Marketing Technology: Lead marketing technology adoption that will enable scalability and efficiency for the team to meet its goals.
Data Analysis: Track, measure & analyze campaign performance metrics using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve ROI.
Email Marketing Automation: Fully own our email marketing automation strategy, including lead nurturing programs.
Goals & Metrics: Define goals and metrics for all demand generation programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, pipeline targets, and campaign follow-up processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or similar in SaaS or tech industries.
Extensive experience in email automation and leads nurturing programs.
Experience with Salesforce.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for creating engaging content and a keen eye for detail.
Experience in successfully working with Sales teams to achieve common goals.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to make a real impact.
