We're looking for a dynamic professional to become our go-to problem-solver and co-pilot our partner growth initiatives. In this newly created, pivotal role as our Partner Success Co-Pilot, you will play a key part in scaling our operations and propelling Phyron AI forward.
Your Mission:
Master of All Trades: Be the ultimate problem-solver, tackling challenges across the business with agility and expertise.
Deal Closing Maestro: Conduct initial deal closing meetings, showcasing your negotiation skills and product knowledge.
Deal Closing Maestro: Join initial client meetings to assist with sales presentations and ensure seamless execution of our sales playbook, whilst evolving your negotiation prowess and in-depth product knowledge.
Communication Leader: Take charge of follow-up communications, crafting prompt emails containing essential technical and creative content. Maintain proactive engagement with clients to ensure they are prepared for upcoming calls and track meeting outcomes, clearly defining next steps and ensuring timely completion.
Client Champion: Conduct in-depth company analysis and deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Strategic Thinker: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, conduct analysis, and craft compelling pitches.
Pipeline Powerhouse: Manage the sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and ensure effective targeting.
Brand Ambassador: Elevate our online presence and build strong brand positioning.
Technical Guru: Review contracts, train staff, and ensure our messaging aligns with our brand.
Operational Maestro: Streamline processes, coordinate teams, and ensure a smooth transition from deal closing to success.
